Overnight Oatmeal is a healthy ready-to-eat breakfast that tastes like dessert and is high in protein and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 each protein powder (2 scoops of orgain, or 1 scoop of body fortress)
  • 0.50 each banana
  • 0.50 cup(s) frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup(s) soymilk
  • 1 cup(s) oatmeal

Instructions

1.) add 1/2 cup soymilk to 16oz plastic container
2.) whisk in protein powder
3.) whisk in chia seeds
4.) whisk in oatmeal
5.) whisk cinnamon
6.) add 1/2 banana to top
7.) add blueberries to top
8.) put into refrigerator overnight and ready to eat in the morning
