Curry Salmon

Delicious curry salmon that is super easy to prepare and tastes delicious!

Ingredients

  • 20 each Cilantro Stems (remove stems for better texture)
  • 3 lb Salmon (with or without skin)
  • 0.50 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 each Serrano or Chili Pepper (diced very small, add a 2nd pepper for more heat)
  • 4 cup(s) yellow onion (chopped)
  • 0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1.50 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1.50 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 8 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt

Instructions

Stir fry onions and green chili pieces together in oil for 15 min in a pan on medium low.

Add cilantro, ginger, garlic paste and stir fry for 5 more minutes (the raw smell of onions/garlic should go away).

Add red chili powder, turmeric, salt and stir for 2 min.

Add planks of salmon to greased casserole dish. Spread the curry prepared above on top of the salmon.

Bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.

You can eat it served on a bed of white rice. Very yummy.
