Garam Masala Tilapia with Sweet Curry Butter

Ingredients

  • 8 each talapia fillets (I use all fillets from Costco large container.)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (for basting pan bottom and sides)
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Tumeric
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tbsp butter (maybe less depending on basting process)
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

Olive oil pan.

Baste 1 side of fish in melted butter.

Sprinkle spices on fish and turn over.

Baste 1 side of fish in melted butter.

Sprinkle spices on fish.

Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
