Ingredients
- 8 each talapia fillets (I use all fillets from Costco large container.)
- 4 tbsp olive oil (for basting pan bottom and sides)
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Tumeric
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tbsp butter (maybe less depending on basting process)
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
Olive oil pan.
Baste 1 side of fish in melted butter.
Sprinkle spices on fish and turn over.
Baste 1 side of fish in melted butter.
Sprinkle spices on fish.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
