Spicy Baked Plantains

Ingredients
- 0.50 tsp salt
- 0.50 tsp black pepper
- 0.50 tsp garlic powder
- 0.50 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.50 tsp onion powder
- 0.50 tsp crushed red pepper or cayenne
- 0.50 tsp cumin
- 0.50 tsp oregano
- 0.50 tsp turmeric
- 1 each cilantro (garnish with cilantro if desired)
Instructions
1.) cut 3-4 plantains into whatever size chips you want, a little thicker than 1/4 inch thick and put into a mixing bowl with about 1 tbsp of olive oil.
2.) sprinkle enough of the seasonings on the plantains to your taste and stir to get both sides seasoned well.
3.) put into the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, flipping them 1/2 way through to get both sides crispy. Or grill them.
