Ingredients
- 4 each boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 each yellow onions
- 1 each green bell pepper
- 1 each red bell pepper
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 can(s) diced tomatos
- 2 can(s) black beans
- 2 can(s) kidney beans
- 1 can(s) whole kernal corn
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
Instructions
1.) Cook 4 chicken breasts from Miarazzo's Instant Pot Chicken recipe, and shred.
2.) Saute onions, peppers, and garlic until tender.
3.) Rinse and add black beans to the saute.
4.) Add kidney beans, diced tomatos, kernal corn, chicken, and spices and simmer for 15 minutes.
